I want you to be completely happy with your purchase from MODADAWN. As a small, solo-operated shop, I aim to handle any issues fairly and efficiently. Please review the following policy.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for items that are:
Unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Defective, damaged upon arrival, or if I accidentally shipped the incorrect item.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Digital downloads or software.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products.
Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Me First: Please do not ship anything back without authorization. To start a return, email me at support@modadawn.digital within the 30-day window. Include:
Your order number.
The product name and the reason for the return.
Photos of the item (especially if it’s defective or damaged).
Approval & Instructions: I will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days. If your return is approved, I will provide you with the return address and any specific instructions.
Ship the Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to my error (e.g., wrong or defective item). I strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as I cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

3. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
The original cost of shipping is non-refundable, unless the return is a result of my error.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Returns initiated after 30 days from the delivery date.
Items that are not in their original, unused condition (with signs of wear, damage, or without original packaging).
Final sale items, as noted above.
Items lost or damaged during the return shipment due to insufficient packaging or an uninsured carrier.
5. Exchanges & Incorrect/Damaged Items
My current focus is on processing returns and refunds. I do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get the correct or a replacement item is to:
Return the original item for a refund following the process above.
Place a new order for the desired item on the website.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact me immediately. In these cases, I will cover all associated return shipping costs and expedite the resolution.
