This policy outlines the shipping practices for MODADAWN. As a solo-operated shop, I am committed to ensuring your order is processed safely and delivered efficiently. Please review the following details.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Any expected delays for pre-order or custom items will be clearly noted on the respective product page.
2. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates
I partner with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier and service are chosen to provide the best balance of reliability, speed, and cost to your location.

Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by weather, customs, and carrier volume.
3. Shipping Costs
Continental U.S.: Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. A flat rate of $5.95 applies to orders under $50.
Alaska & Hawaii: A flat rate of $10.95 applies to all orders.
International: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and package weight/dimensions.
4. International Orders & Customs
The customer is solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including a valid phone number, to facilitate customs clearance.
I comply with all U.S. export regulations but am not responsible for delays or seizures by destination country customs authorities.
5. Order Tracking & Support
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the facility.
Please track your package using the provided link. If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, first check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office.

6. Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failure to pay customs fees, the cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
7. Damage, Loss, & Liability
Risk of Loss: All items ship via insured services. Once a package is handed to the carrier and a delivery confirmation is obtained, MODADAWN is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
Shipping Damage: If your package arrives with visible exterior damage, please refuse the delivery or note the damage with the carrier immediately. Then, contact me with photos of the damaged package and product within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim with the carrier.
Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period (exceeding the estimated delivery window by 7+ business days for domestic, 14+ for international), please contact me to file a trace claim with the carrier.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Please see the full Returns & Exchanges Policy. As it relates to shipping:
Return Shipping Costs: For customer-initiated returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and must use a trackable service.
Defective/Wrong Item Shipped: If I made an error, I will provide a prepaid return label and cover all associated shipping costs for the replacement.
9. Policy Changes
I reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. The policy effective at the time of your order will apply to that transaction.
