I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

All prices are listed in US Dollars.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). I do not store your full payment card details on my servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are handled as described in my separate Shipping & Delivery Policy. All stated delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed dates. I am not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond my reasonable control.

6. Returns & Refunds

All requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds are subject to and must comply with my separate Return & Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MODADAWN (Jasmine Norman) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the site or any products purchased from it. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles. My total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Gaston County, North Carolina.
